We will provide up to 3 hours of installation assistance including help setting
up the BlueWhaleCRM database, configuring your IIS installation, configuring SQL
server, or configuring BlueWhaleCRM's internal settings. You provide us remote access
to your server(s) and we will step in and take complete control.

Priority Support (Per Incident)

Our priority support services get email support from a dedicated BlueWhaleCRM technician.
We will provide you with an answer to your question or a fix for your problem within
24-48 hours. If you would like us to look at your custom code, we can provide you
with assistance in customizing BlueWhaleCRM. (Most code reviews can be completed
within the 2 hour block. If more time is necessary, we will inform you prior to
beginning the work.)
