The BlueWhaleCRM Standard Edition is perfect for companies who have either outgrown
their current contact management or in-house CRM system, or that want a powerful
and flexible first time CRM system. Our goal is to provide you with a system that
will help you grow, and be there to grow with you. As your company grows, you can
upgrade to the Developer License to begin integrating BlueWhaleCRM into the rest
of your company.
The user licenses are sold as either a 10 user package, for small businesses, or
as an unlimited user package, and can be downloaded and installed in a matter of
minutes - not days or weeks like other CRM software. BlueWhaleCRM is completely
web-based and can be deployed internally at one site, or globally to an entire organization
and sales force.

Developer Licenses

The BlueWhaleCRM Developer License provides your company with the ability to customize
BlueWhaleCRM as you see fit. Our extensible architecture and data driven model enables
you to build custom functionality, integrate BlueWhaleCRM with your current applications
and infrastructure, and replace existing legacy applications with a complete solution
that can be the central solution in your organization.
The Developer License is not just an API; with this edition, we provide you with
all* of the actual source code necessary to do what you want with BlueWhaleCRM.
There is no limit to the number of developers you can use because the license is
granted per-company, not per-user.
NOTES: The Developer License is for internal company use only and can not be used
to build solutions for resale.

We will provide up to 3 hours of installation assistance including help setting
up the BlueWhaleCRM database, configuring your IIS installation, configuring SQL
server, or configuring BlueWhaleCRM's internal settings. You provide us remote access
to your server(s) and we will step in and take complete control.

Priority Support (Per Incident)
|
|
Our priority support services get email support from a dedicated BlueWhaleCRM
technician. We will provide you with an answer to your question or a fix for your
problem within 24-48 hours. If you would like us to look at your custom code, we
can provide you with assistance in customizing BlueWhaleCRM. (Most code reviews
can be completed within the 2 hour block. If more time is necessary, we will inform
you prior to beginning the work.)
